一、教師學術專長領域、資格及相關規定：
(一)學術專長領域：
- 具教育哲學專長。
- 具教育政策與行政（含教育法學）專長。
- 具國際教育趨勢、教育基礎課程、研究方法專長。
本校徵才流程依本校教師評審辦法規定辦理，各專長領域擇優推薦，如無適當人選，得從缺。
（二）資格：
1.具博士學位，申請時並已取得正式博士學位證書者。
2.除獲有博士學位之初任教師*外，新聘專任教師應具有下列條件之一：
1)最近三年應發表二篇SCI、SSCI、TSSCI、EI、A&HCI、民國一百零五年新制THCI(原THCI Core)
或SCOPUS等索引收錄之學術性期刊論文，且為第一作者或通訊作者。
2)最近三年至少應主持二個國家科學及技術委員會(以下簡稱國科會，原科技部)研究計畫。
3)三年內有正式出版之專書，並檢附審查意見及通過出版之相關證明。
前述期刊論文及國科會(原科技部)研究計畫，得相互折抵。
*初任教師係指自獲得博士學位起至本系所對外公告日止，2年內（不含男性兵役年資）未有專科
以上學校專任教師年資者。若初任者學術表現符合本校專案教師有關規定者，得考慮以該項資格
另申請名額擇聘之。
3.應聘者需具有英語授課能力；應聘學術專長第三項專長者，英語須為母語或英語達母語水準者。
4.應徵者其最高學歷若為本校授與者，應具有其他公私立大專校院或學術研究機構之相關專任教學
或研究資歷。
（三）檢附資料：
1.詳細基本資料及學經歷。2.應徵之學術專長領域（限選壹項專長領域）。3.著作目錄。4.五年內代
表著作。5.可任教科目及優先順序（其中至少一門英語授課並提供英語課綱；應徵學術專長第三
項者，所有科目皆須提供英語課綱）。6.曾任教科目之課程綱要與教學評鑑成果。7.國科會專題
研究計畫核定清單8.博士學位證書影印本（持外國學歷者須經我國駐外館處驗證）。9.研究所成績
單影本（持外國學歷者須經我國駐外館處驗證）。10.博士學位論文。（非中英文撰寫者，應附中文
摘要）（以上8、9、10等三項資料，若已取得我國助理教授以上證書者，得免附。）

1.Title and the Number of Openings: Three openings for full-time faculty, assistant professors and above.

Applicants must be able to teach courses offered by the School of Teacher Education.
3. Education and Research Background:
A. A doctoral degree.
B. With the Exception of beginning teachers* with a Ph.D. degree, new full-time faculty members
must satisfy at least one of the following qualifications:
a) Being the first or corresponding author of publications of at least two articles within the past three
years in journals listed in SCI, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI (originally THCI Core before 2016)
or academic journal articles in SCOPUS.
b) Being the Principal Investigator of at least two research projects during the past three years
(must be projects sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council or an equivalent
national research funding agency).
c) Publication of at least one book or monograph within the past three years; reviewer comments and
proof of publication should be provided.
Previous publications and research projects sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council
(originally the Ministry of Science and Technology) can offset each other.
*“Beginning teachers” refers to those who have graduated within the last two years (starting from posting date
of this vacancy announcement, excluding time in military service due to conscription) and have not held any
full-time teaching position at an institution of higher education since graduation. Those who meet the criteria
set by relevant regulations of the university, may be considered for assistant professor (contract) positions.
C. Applicants must be able to teach in English. Individuals applying with “International Education, Educational
Foundations, Research Methods” as their specialization must be a native English speaker or possess
near-native English proficiency.
D. Applicants whose highest academic degree was awarded by National Taiwan Normal University are required
to have full-time teaching or research experiences in other institutions of higher education.

H. Copy of doctoral diploma and a transcript. (If the degree was granted by a university outside of R.O.C., both documents
should be verified by the R.O.C. embassies, consulate, representative office, or office, or other agency authorized by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
