一、教师学术专长领域、资格及相关规定：
(一)学术专长领域：
- 具教育哲学专长。
- 具教育政策与行政（含教育法学）专长。
- 具国际教育趋势、教育基础课程、研究方法专长。
本校征才流程依本校教师评审办法规定办理，各专长领域择优推荐，如无适当人选，得从缺。
（二）资格：
1.具博士学位，申请时并已取得正式博士学位证书者。
2.除获有博士学位之初任教师*外，新聘专任教师应具有下列条件之一：
1)最近三年应发表二篇SCI、SSCI、TSSCI、EI、A&HCI、民国一百零五年新制THCI(原THCI Core)
或SCOPUS等索引收录之学术性期刊论文，且为第一作者或通讯作者。
2)最近三年至少应主持二个国家科学及技术委员会(以下简称国科会，原科技部)研究计画。
3)三年内有正式出版之专书，并检附审查意见及通过出版之相关证明。
前述期刊论文及国科会(原科技部)研究计画，得相互折抵。
*初任教师系指自获得博士学位起至本系所对外公告日止，2年内（不含男性兵役年资）未有专科
以上学校专任教师年资者。若初任者学术表现符合本校专案教师有关规定者，得考虑以该项资格
另申请名额择聘之。
3.应聘者需具有英语授课能力；应聘学术专长第三项专长者，英语须为母语或英语达母语水准者。
4.应征者其最高学历若为本校授与者，应具有其他公私立大专校院或学术研究机构之相关专任教学
或研究资历。
（三）检附资料：
1.详细基本资料及学经历。2.应征之学术专长领域（限选壹项专长领域）。3.着作目录。4.五年内代
表着作。5.可任教科目及优先级（其中至少一门英语授课并提供英语课纲；应征学术专长第三
项者，所有科目皆须提供英语课纲）。6.曾任教科目之课程纲要与教学评鑑成果。7.国科会专题
研究计画核定清单8.博士学位证书影印本（持外国学历者须经我国驻外馆处验证）。9.研究所成绩
单影本（持外国学历者须经我国驻外馆处验证）。10.博士学位论文。（非中英文撰写者，应附中文
摘要）（以上8、9、10等三项资料，若已取得我国助理教授以上证书者，得免附。）

1.Title and the Number of Openings: Three openings for full-time faculty, assistant professors and above.
2. Specialty:
A. Philosophy of Education.
B. Educational Policy and Administration (including Education Law).
C. International Education, Educational Foundations, Research Methods.
Applicants must be able to teach courses offered by the School of Teacher Education.
3. Education and Research Background:
A. A doctoral degree.
B. With the Exception of beginning teachers* with a Ph.D. degree, new full-time faculty members
must satisfy at least one of the following qualifications:
a) Being the first or corresponding author of publications of at least two articles within the past three
years in journals listed in SCI, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI (originally THCI Core before 2016)
or academic journal articles in SCOPUS.
b) Being the Principal Investigator of at least two research projects during the past three years
(must be projects sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council or an equivalent
national research funding agency).
c) Publication of at least one book or monograph within the past three years; reviewer comments and
proof of publication should be provided.
Previous publications and research projects sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council
(originally the Ministry of Science and Technology) can offset each other.
*“Beginning teachers” refers to those who have graduated within the last two years (starting from posting date
of this vacancy announcement, excluding time in military service due to conscription) and have not held any
full-time teaching position at an institution of higher education since graduation. Those who meet the criteria
set by relevant regulations of the university, may be considered for assistant professor (contract) positions.
C. Applicants must be able to teach in English. Individuals applying with “International Education, Educational
Foundations, Research Methods” as their specialization must be a native English speaker or possess
near-native English proficiency.
D. Applicants whose highest academic degree was awarded by National Taiwan Normal University are required
to have full-time teaching or research experiences in other institutions of higher education.

H. Copy of doctoral diploma and a transcript. (If the degree was granted by a university outside of R.O.C., both documents
should be verified by the R.O.C. embassies, consulate, representative office, or office, or other agency authorized by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
