II. Online System Registration
Log in via the Academic & Student Affairs Information Portal → Academic Affairs → Degree Examination Application System.
1. Fill out the "Degree Examination Application": Complete, submit, and print the form.
2. Fill out "Committee Member Information": Complete, submit, and print the details.

III. Required Documents (Hard Copies)
Please arrange the following physical documents in order for submission:
1. Application Form for Degree Examination + Academic Ethics Statement: Printed from the system; signatures from both the student and advisor are required.
2. List of Degree Examination Committee Members: Printed from the system.
3. Thesis/Dissertation Proposal Committee Comment Form: A photocopy (or the proposal defense record).
4. Official Transcripts: Include your current course enrollment list if you are still taking classes this semester.
5. Courses Record Form: Must be fully completed. Attach the "Certificate of Completion" from the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center.
6. Abstracts (Chinese & English) and Full Draft of Thesis/Dissertation.
7. Published Research (as Solo or First Author):
- Master’s Students: One conference or journal paper with a peer-review mechanism.
- Doctoral Students: One conference paper and one journal paper (both must have external review mechanisms, totaling two papers).
8. Originality Report: Generated from an online anti-plagiarism system. (Please email the department assistant to request upload permissions) .9. Statement of Academic Ethics for Thesis/Dissertation.

IV. Important Reminders
1. Oral Examination Deadline: All examinations must be completed by July 31, 2026.
2. Interval Requirements: * Master’s Students: A 4-month interval is required between the proposal and final oral exam.
o Doctoral Students: A 6-month interval is required between the proposal and final oral exam.
