1. To encourage outstanding students to enroll in the University's bachelor's degree programs, the University has established this scholarship. Each eligible freshman may receive a scholarship of up to NT$500,000.
2. Students admitted to the University's bachelor's degree programs who meet the eligibility requirements must submit their applications to their respective academic departments before enrollment. Each department shall submit the list of recommended applicants and all required supporting documents to the Office of Academic Affairs (Planning Division) by August 31 of the year of the student's enrollment (or the next business day if the deadline falls on a holiday) for further review.
