Applications must be submitted online (via the Personal University Administrative System / Student Affairs System – Scholarship System for Students). For related regulations, please refer to the official notice.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:
(1) In the previous semester, applicants must have completed at least two courses totaling four credits or more (thesis credits not included).
(2) Applicants should demonstrate potential for academic research or other outstanding performance that serves as a model for peers, such as participation in research projects, presenting papers at academic conferences, publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals, or participating in artistic exhibitions or performances.

The approved quota for each class is listed in Attachment 2.
